Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For general return or replacement requests, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Claims made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Evidence Requirements
To protect both parties, we require the following evidence for certain claims:
- Missing or wrong item: You must provide an unboxing video. We will compare this with our packing video to verify the claim.
- Damaged item: Photo or video evidence of the damage is required.
- All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at incswift0@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Who Pays Return Shipping
- If you changed your mind (buyer's remorse): Return shipping is not covered by SwiftGlamour. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is confirmed damaged due to manufacturing or shipping: SwiftGlamour will cover shipping fees for approved replacements.
- If you received a wrong or missing item due to our error: SwiftGlamour covers return shipping. If the error is on the customer's side, the customer pays return shipping.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used
- Digital products once delivered or downloaded — these are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Sale items and gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and once the return is accepted, place a new separate order for the replacement item.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags. Your receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Our team will review your claim and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
